Bulk Apparel Orders

Bulk apparel orders may qualify for a reduced bulk rate.

If you need a large quantity of O2 Worldwide branded apparel (10-piece minimum) and would like to see if the order qualifies for a reduced bulk rate, follow these instructions BEFORE placing your order. 

Step #1: Compile a list of the apparel items to be purchased. 

List the exact product names, sizes, colors, and quantities.  To ensure accurate processing, list each item separately.

FOR EXAMPLE:

  • Men’s Polo shirt design 1, black shirt color, white logo, size Large, quantity 6
  • Men’s Polo shirt design 1, black shirt color, white logo, size Extra Large, quantity 4
  • Women’s Polo shirt design 1, black shirt color, white logo, size Medium, quantity 2
  • Women’s Polo shirt design 1, black shirt color, white logo, size Large, quantity 3

 

Step #2: Provide a valid, physical mailing address AND phone number.

Provide the mailing address for where you want your package shipped. Also, a phone number is required by the shipping carrier in case of delivery coordination.

Packages that are shipped or returned with an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer will be subject to additional charges.  If you use a postal box, it is your responsibility to check if your postal box accepts packages (because not all do) before placing your order. 

To facilitate processing, use the standardized address and phone number format and English characters: 

Line 1: Address
Line 2: Address, cont. (if applicable)
Line 3: City/Town, State/Province/Prefecture, Postal Code
Line 4: Country 
Phone: +# (###) ###-#### (country code, if outside the USA; plus area code; and finally your direct number)

 

Step #3: Submit your request to the O2 Central Store.

Submit your request to store@o2central.com with the subject line “Bulk Apparel Order Quote”. In order to be processed, the request must include: (1) your full name; (2) email address; (3) phone number; (4) mailing address; (5) list of items to order; and (6) if any, the store code to be applied to your order. 

Step #4: Receive quote and finalize order details.

Within a few business days, we will email you a custom price quote to review.  Please note, quotes are only valid for 2 weeks.

If any changes are needed, let us know before proceeding.  No changes can be made once the order has been placed.

Step #5: Make your purchase online.

If you would like to proceed with the order, please let us know, and we will email you the invoice so you can complete the purchase online in a quick and secure manner.

If you need an item by a certain date, we recommend placing your order at least three full weeks in advance to ensure sufficient time for processing, fulfillment, and shipping.
